Chad started his career with Fortune 500 Automatic Data Processing (NYSE:ADP) which is best known as the largest global provider of Employer Business Process Outsourcing (EBPO) services in the world. Chad consulted with businesses of all sizes and industries, showing them how to harness their human capital, re-engineer their business processes, leverage technology and maximize market opportunities to achieve maximum business results.
Chad helped to launch one of Silicon Valley’s most successful IPO’s for WebEx Communications, Inc. As one of the earliest employees on-board in this hopeful start-up, he leveraged his technical knowledge in the nascent “web meeting” space and helped to establish the Indirect Sales Channel with Agents, Resellers, OEM’s and Strategic Alliances. Gaining over 2.3 million clients worldwide, WebEx became a strategic asset in the $3.6 Billion dollar acquisition by tech giant, Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO).
Mr. Keiser worked as the Director of Strategic Alliances at (former Apple CEO, John Sculley’s) IntraLinks, Inc. in the multibillion dollar web based loan syndication market in “Silicon Alley” in New York; Director of Business and Channel Development for Presenter.com and initiated the acquisition of assets of the company by Cisco WebEx Communications; and Vice-President of Axium Global in the global Managed Workforce Services sector.
As an entrepreneur, Chad was Founder and CEO of Digital Quotient, Inc. a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm which combined business process engineering integrated with the first pure Software-as-a-Service (Saas) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from Oracle Small Business. Chad has been a thought leader in BPO and has been interviewed in magazine articles alongside Oracle Software CEO Larry Ellison.
